[Heart Of Darkness]

One of my favourites from the record man.
The vocal usage is unique and one of a kind... I was blown away by the mix of different vocal styles here. Great tune... and refreshing as fuck!

[All Things Reconsidered]

Dark stuff man! Really moody and evolving composition. Def reminds me of good old 80's early 90's thrash metal. The nintendo-ish leads you are talking about does fit your description, which I think is cool, since I am a huge videogame fan and anything related to the good old vibes of the old school nintendo generation is awesome to me.

Haha thanks man, a lot of progressive metal sounds like SNES music to me, especially Dream Theater. When I listen to them they make me want to play Mario Kart or Donkey Kong haha. Cheers bro, I'm thinking this will be the next song I do a video for, I fuckin love playing this.

The bass work on this tune is awesome, very fresh to hear bass get the lead in tunes, very rare indeed.
Dark and gloomy as fuck, I also dig the ups and downs from the bass parts to the guitar parts.

I'm really diggin using my bass...and practicing a lot more with it, and not just following the same patterns as the guitar. Inspired mostly by my band's bassist. Dude is freaking amazing.
